Marble Falls Lights

Last year the Christmas season got away from us and we missed out on the Marble Falls lights, so this year we went super early before things got hectic. Charlotte had a blast this year, it is a small display that isn't too crowded so she could just run through and check everything out on her own. Of course, she preferred to spend her time on her Daddy and Papaw's shoulders. Santa was there but she decided she wasn't quite ready to meet him. We had to work on that quite a bit this year. We had a delicious dinner (and pie!) at The Bluebonnet Cafe, yum!!! Good family fun!!

My loves.

We had lots of fun pretending to be elves :)

Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night.

Six Months

Half a year old already?!?!! This is one of my favorite ages. What a sweet girl!!

Fall Extras

Afternoon fun at a JV game

Can you tell Mr. Baumann has 6 kids?! He and Olivia had quite a conversation!

Sweet jammies and handmade baby blankets from Nana, we are loved!

Sporting her "Ruff Day" shirt after she had her ear tubes placed. She was such a trooper and has not been sick since (>4 months!!)

Happy birthday to Papaw!!

We found this leotard at a kids resale shop while hoping to make it to the top of a waiting list we have been on to start gymnastics. Charlotte was thrilled to "play" gymnastics at home and spends lots of her time in a leotard now. We have not heard from Flipnastics yet but she will sure be ready when they call!!

Livi's Wild Basin onesie from her daddy.

An afternoon bike ride (ending at the park of course) while daddy and Liv napped... one of Charlotte's favorite activities!!

Thanksgiving at Nana and Pops'

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving at Nana and Pops' this year. Our time together is so precious with everyone being so scattered these days. We had not seen the Black's since the Fourth of July, WAY too long in my opinion!!! Owen and Charlotte picked right up where they left off and never left each other's side. Nana and Pops spoiled us with delicious food, lots of hot tub time and my favorite... fires out on the back porch. We went to Dallas to see a park project that Pops and Vinny worked on above Woodall Rodgers. It was a gorgeous day and the kids had a blast. Uncle Vinny hosted a football watching party and made a delicious dinner for everyone, including the kids! Looking back at these precious cousins enjoying their time together, it is obvious how much we have to be thankful for. We are blessed!

Hannah and Everett gave 2 thumbs up for the pumpkin pie!!!

Sweet cousins.

Best photo of the weekend, he was sure enjoying his pie!!

Helping Pops unload firewood

Love these two.

Sweet sissies.

Fake snow that Rachel and Brooke sent was as close to snow as these kids were getting!! It was a big hit!

Thanks to Nana for the darling matching jammies, this is one of my favorite traditions.

Football party!!
