The day after Christmas we went to the Thompson's for dinner and a white elephant exchange with Jeanne Ann's side of the family. We had a great time and Charlotte had lots of fun playing with her second cousins. They have come a long way from their lemon drop picture! Poor Mama Sally had a stroke while she was here for her Christmas trip so she is staying in Austin in a rehab hospital. She gets to come out for a few hours a day to visit. She is sure motivated to get home and says she is riding the exercise bike back to Missouri. Last time I talked to her she was at the Arkansas border - go Mama Sally!
